¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups uncooked oats
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts and/or pecans
9 -12 inch oven-safe skillet, lightly sprayed with cooking oil
2 pints JACK NICKLAUS Salted Caramel and Toffee, frozen
½ cup caramel or chocolate topping
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream sugars and butter together in a large bowl.
Add eggs and blend well.
Mix in flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
Gently stir in oats, chocolate chips and walnuts/pecans.
Pat mixture into skillet lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
