An amazing ice cream treat on any summer day. A great pairing featuring Barbara’s moist and delicious chocolate cake recipe and Jack’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream. Find Barbara's "Well Done!" cookbook here.

Serves: 4

2 cups chocolate cake
½ cup hot fudge topping
2 pints Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream, frozen
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries or fresh strawberries

  1. Layer chocolate cake, fudge and ice cream into glasses.
  2. Drizzle top with additional fudge.
  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cherries

Tip: Great served with chopped nuts for added crunch.
